Development of projects, plans and programs that affect the urban and sub urban reality. A wide variety of urban development services, environmental protection and prevention plans, specialized studies, as well as design of architectural and urbanization projects are offered. The knowledge and techniques applied in these, technical, urban, economic, environmental and legal aspects, as well as commercial, are fundamental for the good development of the project, and of its processing. Continuous and systematic follow-up to processing is a labor inherent to the work process that is carefully carried out.
Program management is the implementation of a method of planning, activation, organization, administration, coordination, monitoring and follow-up of the assignments performed in order to carry out a construction program.
This service's main goal is that of providing the necessary tools in order to manage a series of projects from an integrated point of view, aligning the tactical decisions of the enterprise with the strategic objectives of the client through control processes during their gestation and development.
The tasks that are to be executed while providing the project management's services are the same as in program management with the difference that the former are targeted towards the completion of a specific project.
The service's main objective is a project's effective management, through control mechanisms most suitable in each one its different stages until its commissioning and occupancy, acting as a link between the client and the team of companies, contractors and professionals involved in the project.
Construction management comprises the conduction and coordination of the entirety of the technical aspects of the project, assuming the responsibility and handling of all of the necessary activities.
The organizational structure required for construction
management tends to be similar to that of construction companies. Due to its
complexity, our management services, in any of its contracting modalities, have
advantages over the results of the project.

know-how and the necessary resources to manage the Project within this modality.
Design and engineering services are oriented to the development of the project, containing the preparation of the architectural and/or engineering proposal and the integration of the special facilities projects developed by consultants / third party specialists, as well as and the preparation of the construction's technical documentation, comprising the entirety of the blueprints, forms, details and technical specifications of each and every one of the elements that compose it, in a manner where the work would be perfectly executable.
The project manager will verify that the constructions are executed in accordance with the valid project blueprints, the bid specifications, technical specifications, memories, calculations, forms, working plans, any other supplementary documentation and the rules of the trade. He will also deal with the coordination of the work, quality control, progress control, attestation and acceptance of the executed constructions.
Technical studies are intended to counsel on any of the specific issues that are within COMS' area of expertise. As a result of such entrustment our report allows us to provide the necessary elements to support our client during the decision-making process or to complement studies or services developed by third parties to finalize the project.

The work plan allows to control the costs and times, but also prepare the work. By means of the designation of our professionals in the construction works we help the contractor to elaborate the necessary documentation to develop the works in the due conditions. The follow-up of the work plan is necessary to know if it is being carried out according to plan or we must make preventive corrections.
