Since 1996, COMS is a firm dedicated  to management, and has overseen projects in the most varied areas of activity, such as supermarkets, bank branches, urbanizations, large scale buildings, industries and energy for over 400 million dolars.

Concept of management

Project management as a method of organization, involves the coordination of assigments for a team of professionals, within which the project manager acts as representative of the owner in the conduction, planning, administration and control of the projects' management, with a strong commitment to achieve the expense, time and quality objectives of the final product, unique in every project.
It is an ideal alternative for the outsourcing of the project ´s development, minimizing the risks to which a company is exposed when a complex business is addressed for de first time.

Town planning

Development of projects, plans and programs that affect the urban and sub urban reality. A wide variety of urban development services, environmental protection and prevention plans, specialized studies, as well as design of architectural and urbanization projects are offered. The knowledge and techniques applied in these, technical, urban, economic, environmental and legal aspects, as well as commercial, are fundamental for the good development of the project, and of its processing. Continuous and systematic follow-up to processing is a labor inherent to the work process that is carefully carried out.

Design and Engineering

Design and engineering services are oriented to the development of the project, containing the preparation of the architectural and/or engineering proposal and the integration of the special facilities projects developed by consultants / third party specialists, as well as and the preparation of the construction's technical documentation, comprising the entirety of the blueprints, forms, details and technical specifications of each and every one of the elements that compose it, in a manner where the work would be perfectly executable.

Site Management

The project manager will verify that the constructions are executed in accordance with the valid project blueprints, the bid specifications, technical specifications, memories, calculations, forms, working plans, any other supplementary documentation and the rules of the trade. He will also deal with the coordination of the work, quality control, progress control, attestation and acceptance of the executed constructions.

Consulting

Technical studies are intended to counsel on any of the specific issues that are within COMS' area of expertise. As a result of such entrustment  our report allows us to provide the necessary elements to support our client during the decision-making process or to complement studies or services developed by third parties to finalize the project.


Due Diligence is a fundamental tool before approaching a project since it allows us to evaluate potential risks and thus protect the interests of our client.

 Before investing in an project or buying a property, it is essential that the investor knows the projection and risks that will determine the success of your business and your investment.

 We determine the status and characteristics of the project / property, evaluate the structure and risks of the transaction, generate quantitative and qualitative arguments in order to determine the value of the project / property, identify potential risks and opportunities.

 As a result, we prepare a complete technical report, which will be a valuable source of information for decision making.


Technical audit services aim to provide a verification mechanism for the fulfilment of the objectives established by the client for all or some of the stages of the project retrospectively, i.e. by measuring the degree of compliance and analyzing the causes before an accomplished fact.

The audit service is aimed at providing an independent opinion regarding one or more aspects that make a project's execution, focusing on the optimization of the performance by the parties involved, be they contractors, professionals, suppliers, etc.

From an operational point of view, the audits will have in all cases a passive role, considering that it does not develop the processes but controls the management of third parties, oriented on providing adequate information during the decision-making processes in order to positively influence the results by adopting corrective or preventive actions in a timely manner.

Producing  tender documents is a demanding task in time and resources.

Our service provides  the preparation and analysis of tender documents. It helps to guarantee a more precise bidding process that allows to analyze and negotiate  the offers of the project.

The work plan allows to control the costs and times, but also prepare the work. By means of the designation of our professionals in the construction works we help the contractor to elaborate the necessary documentation to develop the works in the due conditions. The follow-up of the work plan is necessary to know if it is being carried out according to plan or we must make preventive corrections.
