Urbanization of 43 Ha, located in the City of Mar del Plata in front of the private neighborhood RUMENCO, made up of 370 single-family lots of 600m2 each, a sports club, and a primary / secondary school. The project and infrastructure works include the road network, hydraulic works, electrical network in MV and LV, weak currents, drinking water, sewage network, gas, public lighting and associated civil works.
