Project description
COMS is overseeing the construction management of a development in Palermo, at the intersection of Cerviño and Jerónimo Salguero streets.
The project, designed by the Aisenson studio, features a contemporary architectural proposal that combines functionality, design, and comfort. The building will comprise 9 floors and three basements, with a total built area of approximately 7,000 m².
It will include 36 residential units of 3, 4, and 5 rooms, along with a ground-floor commercial space, meeting the demand for spacious and versatile homes.
