Project description
The project is located in San Fernando, Province of Buenos Aires, on a 22,900 m² plot. It involves the construction of a residential complex consisting of 4 buildings, each with 2 basement levels, a ground floor, 8 floors and a terrace. The entire complex comprises townhouses on the ground floor of the buildings, eight floors. The basement level includes residential and commercial parking spaces, a heated indoor pool, a gym, etc. On the ground floor, various amenities can be found, such as a resort-style pool of 500 m² and a jogging path. The total construction area is 76,000 m², and the project consists of 362 functional units, of which 6 are commercial spaces and 356 are apartments. Open Buenavista is a co-development of Portland and CEK Group, designed by the Aisenson Studio.
