Project description
The SUDAMFOS Master Urban Plan proposes a new Urban development for the Mataderos neighborhood, with mixed commercial, gastronomic, administrative uses and a residential sector, with green spaces, pedestrian promenades, recreational / sports areas for residents, and parking areas to cover the demand of the commercial and residential area.-
The proposal of the general Master Plan unfolds in 3 Ha approx. In a 1st stage, the development of the commercial area and single-family homes on Av. Eva Perón will be carried out in two buildings, which means a total building area of 47,210.45 m2
The Urban master plan, the result of the study and analysis of the area, concludes in an urban piece of three (3) macro lots with axes that specify the subdivision; a longitudinal axis that marks the public / private pedestrian route of the commercial / residential area, with green spaces that enter the complex, and transversal axes that materialize with the openings of 1º Junta and Montes streets, they reconstruct the plot in checkerboard in the neighborhood, these transversal axes will widen to form green spaces for public use.
Likewise, the generation of new fronts is contemplated, which are related to the urban sectors in transformation, the commercial connector of Av. Eva Perón and others of a residential nature such as Calle Montes / 1º Junta
