Project description
Site management and administration. The construction is located in the neighborhood of Parque Patricios , and its execution is carried out in the framework of the Pro.Cre.Ar. Program.
The execution of the works was in charge of the company RIVA. and included the construction of 2400 multi-family dwellings with their public spaces, urban equipment, basic infrastructure and services, including the construction of commercial premises and garages. The infrastructure works included the execution of service networks, sewage, stormwater, electricity, gas and pipelines for telephony, fiber optic, roads, sidewalks, street lighting, signaling pipes, demarcation road, landscaping and irrigation, and street signage.
